I am reviewing the web program at Picnik.com. This webware lets you use a single online picture and modify it to your liking.  The ability to modify the picture with special effects impressed me the most. It is pretty good webware. It can do some of the things that photoshop can do for free you only need to sign up, unless you want to pay 30$ a year for it.  Still could be done cheap. Probaably other sites saying yay but I don’t know them just search. These are my picture K thanks.
